A native of South Africa now living in Atlanta, Georgia, Kivi Bernhard has become a fixture at elite business events throughout the world.
Arutz Sheva caught up with Bernhard following his speech at the 2016 J-Biz B2B exposition in New Jersey, touching upon the important role of business and finding a “holy parnassah” has in the Jewish mission to “be a light unto the nations”.
“We have come down as holy, spiritual Jews into a physical, material world. And the truth is, the two seemingly do not match.”
“But for the fact that Hashem made one nation on earth, and that is Bnei Yisrael, the holy Jewish people, that have a specific and a unique ability to balance and merge the physical, material and the spiritual world, it would not be possible. But he gave that yerusha (inheritance) to the Jewish people.”
“Pursuing a holy and a kosher parnassah is one of the key ways we exhibit the synthesis of these two worlds.”
