MDA emergency personnel transferred a 77 year-old woman from a Neve Yaakov health clinic to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital after she was apparently shot in the head.

The woman was walking in the streets of Neve Yaakov, in Jerusalem, when she was shot in the head, and was rushed to emergency care.

Hadassah Hospital confirms that doctors removed a bullet from her skull. Although she suffers a skull fracture, the woman is fully conscious.

A spokeswoman for the Jerusalem Police reports that they are investigating the incident.
