Widow of terror victim undergoes successful surgery
August 8, 2016Chavi Mark, seriously wounded in the terror attack a month ago in which her husband, Rabbi Michael Mark, was murdered, has been hospitalized in Hadassa Ein Kerem ever since.
Today (Monday) Mark underwent head surgery and her condition is good.
Professor Yigal Shushan – head of the Neurosurgery department in the hospital – took part in the surgery and said that “the surgery was complex and was connected to the initial wound she sustained in the attack. It was a success, and Chavi is completely conscious and alert and is communicating with everyone.
“The Mark family wanted to thank the public for the support shown to them and Chavi, and the prayers for her health.”
